4. In HBSR you can set your search criteria and view only the homes you are interested in, or search by the MAP

6. When you are ready to see homes, I will drive you to every property you want to see inside and discuss with you the pros and cons of every one of them

1. I meet with the buyer and discuss all his needs and expectations
2. The buyer has a meeting with my partner Lisa of Evergreen Home Loans to discuss the purchase price and loan options available (in person or by phone)
3. We start the home search, this is done two ways:
- in most cases the buyer uses Home Buyers Scouting Report to find homes he/she would like to view, or
- I do the property research according to the buyer needs and I suggest the properties that we should visit
4. I drive the buyer to properties he wants to see and discuss their pros and cons
5. Buyer and I discuss the purchase offer details and write the offer
6. I represent the buyers interests in negotiations with the seller
7. I assist the buyer in the escrow process, order home inspection, Home Owners Association documents, home warranty etc. I always come with my client to the title company to sign the transaction documents
8. If Lisa of Evergreen Home Loans is the lender, she will be at signing as well, in case there are any last minute loan related questions
9. I make sure that the transaction is as smooth as possible and it closes on time
10. I notify my client when escrow closes and deliver him/her the key; congratulations, the home is yours
